Shipping Costs and Methods Fees represent fees for shipping and handling delivery within the US only for items identified by product number only. International order charges may vary.  Furniture and related items, and any items with combined weight in excess or 20 lbs. may be subject to additional charges.  Some furniture items and items exceeding carrier "dim-weight" may be subject to additional shipping charges.  Rush delivery services available at additional charge.  Most items are shipped with 24 to 48 hours of order.  All items should be delivered within 10 business days, coast to coast, following receipt of order unless you as the buyer are informed otherwise that an item will be placed on order to come in at a future time ("backorder").

Shipping charges are computed on your entire order and may vary from those shown below.  This information is provided as a guideline only.  If you have been advised that your shipping charges are different than those shown, please enter the shipping charges you have been instructed to use.  Minimum shipping charge is the $6.95 shipping fee unless otherwise stated in special promotion.  We will inform you if your shipping charge exceeds this amount.  HINT - It is usually safe to assume your shipping is $6.95.  Try that ... we'll tell you if we "fix it it up" for you before we ship.  However, for Boyds, Enesco, Harmony Kingdom and Lampe Berger customers, if you have site membership, enter your 'List Member Email Address' to claim your customer rewards/reduced or free ship promo.  We will match this to our rolls if we don't know you already.
