Policy for Damage Claims:
Please open and inspect your purchases
immediately. If you have received an item that has arrived
damaged, do not return the damaged item on your own.
When needed, we will arrange carrier pickup for damaged goods. Please call or
email us immediately. We require you to inform us within 7 days by email or
telephone, as our carrier claims are limited in most cases to 15
days. Do not dispose of item or packaging. Please save all contents until you have
received instruction on disposition. We will resolve your claim
by replacement when possible, and credit/refund where needed.
Policy for Returns:
If you are not pleased with your purchase,
please call or email us to submit your Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA)
request within 15 days. Please email your full name,
reason for return request,
item name, item number, invoice number and invoice
date. You may return most
items
within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund or exchange, but
must get your RMA within 15 days of purchase.
Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice or a
note with your name and invoice number and RMA number. Please note that
all
items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the
original packaging and include all accessories. Here are the
rules to follow for your return:
- You
must request a return or exchange within 15 days after the invoice
date. Item must be returned to store within 30 days.
- Each
return MUST have a RMA number. Please write down the RMA number outside
of
the box when you return your merchandise.
- When
returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that
can
track packages. You are responsible for insuring the returned item.
Mulberry Street will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your
side.
- The
shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return
shipping costs and insurance.
- Please
allow 7 business days to process your return or exchange.
- Please
note that not all items are covered by our return policy. Will
not accept returns on sale items.
Return
Policy for Refunds
We
cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any
item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original
condition, is physically
damaged, or is missing parts or documentation or original packaging.
- Sale items.
Return
Shipping Cost
In
order to
keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for
any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back
to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund
or exchange. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Canceled
Order or Undeliverable Packages
For
any
refused package or any
returns due to inaction or
absence of the recipient, we will process a full refund less shipping
charges.
